Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created under false identities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts and confiscation of balances. To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian ID), date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You acknowledge that providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 789bni will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions, bets, and account actions.
789bni operates under strict Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering regulations. You agree to provide any additional documentation we may request to verify your identity, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statements, e-wallet screenshots). Withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds will be subject to enhanced verification procedures. Failure to comply with KYC requests within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
You must notify 789bni immediately of any changes to your personal information, including changes to your address, phone number, email, or payment methods. You can update most information through your account dashboard. Failure to maintain current information may result in delays to withdrawals or inability to recover your account if access is lost.
789bni accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallet transfers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposit payment methods must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
Most deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases, delays may occur due to banking system maintenance or technical issues beyond our control. You may request withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a verified alternative method registered in your name. 789bni does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Bonuses and promotions are offered at the sole discretion of 789bni and may be subject to specific terms and conditions. Not all users may be eligible for all promotions. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating with other users, or exploiting system errors, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before withdrawal. For example, a bonus with 30x wagering requires you to place bets totaling thirty times the bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings derived from that bonus. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10% or less. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, any pending bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited. You may contact customer support to cancel an active bonus if you wish to withdraw your deposit balance without completing the wagering conditions.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your wagers before submission. 789bni is not liable for errors you make when placing bets, including incorrect stake amounts, wrong selections, or accidental submissions.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the specific sport rules. Live casino and slot game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies.
In the event of an obvious error (for example, incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction, or bets accepted after an event has concluded), 789bni reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Any winnings resulting from errors will not be honored. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, per sport, and per event. These limits are available in our betting rules section and may vary by VIP tier. 789bni reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any user at our sole discretion, particularly for arbitrage betting or advantage play.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:
Any user found engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended, all funds (including deposits) forfeited, and may face legal action where applicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 789bni, its owners, operators, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. 789bni provides entertainment services only and does not guarantee any particular outcome or profit. You agree to hold 789bni harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated any applicable laws. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: providing false information during registration, multiple account creation, collusion with other players, bonus abuse, use of automated betting systems, money laundering, chargebacks, or abusive behavior toward staff.
If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with pending wagering requirements or active investigations cannot be closed until those matters are resolved.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from your use of 789bni services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 789bni is licensed to operate online gambling services. By using our platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any legal disputes.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
